Only the first volume was censored. Swastikas appear unaltered in later volumes. (And there's a billingual version of GTO 1, so it is possible to get an unaltered English version of this volume.)

This one is real foggy in my mind. I don't have the details, but I know they used the DIC names in Mixx's first version of SM. But it's so long ago I don't recall all the details of other edits made at the time.
