[/ QUOTE ]No I understand that but actually some of the changes were not made just for the US release. Some were done for reprints in Japan. Though I don't know if all were in the Tokuma Shoten Perfect Collections that were released two years ago.
That's what makes this one tricky. I know of one where he was asked for a change and he did it (don't remember if that even got to see a GN or not if it was only in the Magazine) and the other was done long before Gutsoon. And of course there were a handful more that we never got to see. Hojo himself said he re-thought the purpose of those scenes and changed some of these through the years.
