The question was in the line of...since FUNi has S3 OVA, will they be re-releasing Seasons 1 & 2? Blu-ray was mentioned toward the end of the answer. If they are releasing S1 & 2 on BD, it would make sense for them to do so with the S3 OVA. I guess until FUNi sheds more information.

Yeah, of course they'll release that on Blu-ray, just that there's no talk of timeframes. But I guess there's no talk of that for the series or Hellsing either, so I shouldn't expect that. Good to know they mentioned it, though. I'm still early on in the podcast.

I'll gladly double-dip on these but i have one simple question and that is whether or not they're keeping the extras from the bonus DVDs? If not then i'll still buy but i'll just keep those discs since they were not so bad.

I bought the R2J DVDs, then R1. PQ is good enough for my TV, so will pass. I only have stereo so the audio is not a factor.

Of the later Geneon titles, Story of Saiunoko, both Nanoha, Gankutsuo are on my wishlist.

Be careful what you wish for. Though since this got a S.A.V.E. release, a Funi BD release is extremely unlikely. Not that that's a bad thing, considering how awful the JP BDs turned out.
