I was told soft-coded subtitles will be used. The subtitles can be turned off for both DVD and Blu-ray.

In a weekend filled with new announcements, Crunchyroll has pulled another title out of their hat for the summer anime season. While the exact launch date and time are still to be announced, anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day will be streaming soon on Crunchyroll.

Last week, our very own Patrick Macias, reported on Crunchyroll News that Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day was coming to Crunchyroll. Well, those reports are true and it will start TOMORROW at 12 pm PDT!!!

For premium audiences in the US and Canada, you will be able to watch it in its entirety, while free audiences will be able to view only the first four episodes.

NIS sent over the following note this week regarding Anohana:

"I would like to let you know that Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day Complete Series Premium Edition which was released earlier this month has gone out of stock. We are finalizing when to bring next installment to the market, but I would say it takes few months. We will let you know once we get the secure date."

So it looks like NIS may not repress anymore of the Anohana Premium editions. We still have plenty in stock, but that won't last, so get one while you can!

I got a damage copy, it's good that it was sent as a partial shipment...since I would have wait relatively long for my replacement (since the shipment was schedule for mid-August).
