Interesting, the volumes don't have numbers in their names anywhere. Just a phrase at the end like "Secret friendship" or "Fairies' tea party".

Ah, that's not a special sale, 27% (plus or minus a few % points) off is the standard Amazon discount for all anime DVD/BD preorders.

Yeah, the volume numbers I had were based on the release dates. It's not something you see very often.

Got my copy of Vol. 1, so I thought I'd report on the extras:

- The first short episode, "The Human's Survival of the Fittest", which is also the first story in vol. 2 of the light novels
- The promo for the "Aura" film
- Commentary for episode 2 (seems to be from the directors)
- Mai Nakahara taking a tour of the animation studio
- Clean OP/ED
- PV's/CMs

Hope the shorts, commentary, and studio tour will be on the US release.

Edit: Also, it came with a booklet with some kind of written story on it, though I have no idea what kind of story as it's mostly text with few pictures.

Hm if they start covering remaining stories in an abbreviated fashion as extras, that bodes poorly for a sequel. There was about as much material left as was animated; but over six volumes they could use up (even if only in summary format) almost half the remaining stories. Ergh.
