I still have no idea what I'm watching. But it's pretty. And overall fairly pleasant. Some nice music as well. Oh, and the biggest, most all-star seiyuu cast in memory. We'll see where this goes.

That explains how I felt while watching the episode. The animation, visuals and music were good though. We got people with special powers currently fighting each other and our pretty boy protagonist who is the 7th king who's evil?

I wonder if this is going to be like Guilty Crown - a beautiful train wreck to watch.

Guilty Crown was painful. There are good trainwrecks and bad trainwrecks. Guilty Crown was a bad trainwreck. This just might be a good one.

I liked this a lot. You don't really know what's going on at all, and I guess that's why I really like it.

Shiro is pretty fun, he's also the only name I remember. I'm sure as the series progresses it'll fill the story in and flesh out the characters, I didn't expect them to tell me everything right off the bat with so much going on at once.

Though, if everyone was attacking Shiro in broad daylight in front of the entire city I imagine this Colourless King guy is some serious business outside of what we saw of him at the end, maybe it is Shiro and he has amnesia. Yeah, so far of the bunch Shiro is the most interesting character by far, but again they didn't really say much else in this first episode, it's very centred around Shiro.

Oh, and Shiro is probably gay for Kuroh. When Kuroh pulled Shiro to him to get away Shiro totally blushed. That or the crazy bloom filter threw me off.

But yeah, really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the second episode.

Really, really nice beginning of the episode ^^
The blue squad vs Mikoto's gang... can't wait to see those two clash.
The high school part was... well, kinda typical.
That Shiro guy was pretty relaxed and easy going.
His day got intense real fast LOL
Shiro meets Kuroh and a whole lot of trouble.
Looks interesting. Will be watching this one.

Uhhhhhhh.... WELL. THAT WAS DIFFERENT.

I'll watch more. That was dumb and ridiculous, but in an entertaining way. Certainly the most entertaining episode I watched tonight. It suffers a severe over-saturation of Y chromosomes but this show just might have enough going for it to make up for the severe lack of female characters.

Eh, a visually pretty collection of plot points, but not a whole lot of plot at the moment. It'll get a second episode, but my hopes for it aren't high.

I suppose it does have Yui Horie as a goth-loli, though.

Episode 1:

- lol K. You so stylish, ain't you?
- And that Engrish.
- Little gothiloli girl is too fucking adorable.

- Classmate is Ricchan!
- Ahaha love the talking cleaning robot. It appreciates naked catgirl. Delicious naked catgirl.
- This show has such odd camera angles. Some art stylish. Some are just annoying.
- Man I hope Komatsu Mikako gets to do more than make cat sounds in this ep.

Wow, this show is trying hard. But I kinda like it.
