K-ON! Movie coming in first half of 2013 on DVD and Blu-ray.

Blu-ray yes. Movie by itself without home video details would be a no. Proware (Taiwan) and NeoVision (Hong Kong) announce theatrical plans earlier this summer. Home video release is pretty much guaranteed for at least the Proware release.
