If you need to contact an R1 anime studio to ask for a replacement you can find contact details in the studio directory here at AnimeOnDVD:

You can also use it to let them know of problems with a disc. However, I ask that you please post about it here first so we can try to figure out what the problem is, if any. Also, be polite when describing it to them.
