"Drunk" acting

Just watched Noein volume 2 today, and there was a great bit of "drunk" acting by Mona Marshall.

Another one that popped in my minds is from the Ah! My Goddess movie (but ive forgot who it was, doh)

So im just wondering, any other good examples of "drunk" acting in anime?

That was Melissa Charles as Sora Hasegawa - one of the funniest moments in that dub in my opinion.

I guess somebody forgot about Kate Higgins' Drunk scene in Eureka Seven I think it was episode five, but it was extremely funny.

Consider Weda is plastered most of the times we see her in Hare + Guu I nominate her as most consistent drunk (though Rachel Lillis in Genshiken definitely warrants brilliance)

Speaking of teachers, I think Luci Christian and Monica Rial have quite a few fun "drunk" moments in Azumanga Daioh.

Petrea Burchard as Ryoko is also particularly memorable to me - I think she handled them well.

Luci Christian's drunk Yukari is an absolute classic.

Shelley Calene-Black also played a drunk (Jennifer Portman) in TUYBW (Konomini).

For something really recent, you need to check out the Tessa OVA to Full Metal Panic: TSR. Hilary Haag's drunk Tessa is something you need to treat yourself to.

Which reminds me that Allison Shipp has played a pair of occasional "military" drunks: Misato and Mao.

Some of my favorite drunk scenes are courtesy of Brad Swaile, who seems oddly natural at doing it so well. His Godai in Maison Ikkoku has more than a couple inebriated scenes, done both pathetically and in anger to great effect. Suzuo from Dokkoida!? has a fun scene or two as well. And I think I've heard him drunk somewhere else as well...
