According to ICv2, Gonzo's parent company - GDH - has accepted the takeover from investment firm Iwakaze Capital. GDH has suffered quite a lot in the financial arena throughout the last year with some very public issues cropping up at times which has led to speculation about this occuring for quite awhile. GDH posted the loss of $32 million in its most recent fiscal year and because of the take over, the management side of GDH will be replaced at the start of October.
