In Summary:

Though it’s often silly, this episode is an important one towards the end as we get the results of Winry confronting Scar again. I love the emotional tension between the two of them that comes out as Winry really wants to understand what happened while Scar knows that nothing he says will matter because it would only sound like an excuse when he really doesn’t want to offer one. Scar continues to be a good “villain” to deal with as even as simple as he is, there are layers to him that bring out more realism and internal conflict than you see in a lot of cardboard cutout villains. Things continue to slowly ramp up with this arc of the series but the little moments are what defines this episode.
