It was on this day in the Macross Universe, February 7th, 2009, that the SDF-1 Macross was launched for the first time after the ten-year repair job it was given after crashing on Earth. In order to celebrate, I am going to re-watch the episodes that take place on this date.
What fond memories of this classic series do you have? Although I've only so far gotten to the infamous episode known as
Pineapple Salad, I've really been enjoying what I've seen so far and it's a shame that it's taken me this long to see the show. It's very charming, has fun characters, and a MANLY theme song.
As I complete the series over the course of this month, I'll eventually post my full feelings on the show.
