In Summary:
Ah My Buddha has been fun for the most part and a lot of that comes from the raunchy nature at times and the gratuitous moments of panties flashing, butts wiggling and the jiggling of the boobs. That isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement but it does what it does and it does it well. The problem comes in that after now watching some twenty-one episodes of the series, it’s really not all that engaging when it comes to the story itself. Mostly because while there is one, it doesn’t really register with the viewer. This is purely fanservice harem comedy material with a little nod towards something more that’s entirely forgettable. It’s fun but empty of any real meaning, which isn’t bad if you’re honest about it.
