Thusly, if you buy the Ponyo BD combo pack and any of the other eligible DVDs:

Ponyo BD combo pack: $39.99 MSRP --> $24.99 Best Buy sale price --> $14.99 with Disney coupon --> $9.99 Best Buy 2 for $10 off
Some people have attempted to do 2 copies of Ponyo BD with 2 Disney coupons. A $10 discount will come off automatically. As to the two coupons, your experience may vary on that.

I don't think there is. That is unless you're like me. The price was cheap enough and the additional extras/lithos too.

So in other words if you're going to pick up Ponyo anyway from BB for $15 using the coupon you may as well pick up one of the other Ghibli releases for $10 more.
Basically, yes. It's a hell of a deal, especially since these are discs that don't tend to receive any sorts of substantial discounts (i.e., high wholesale prices and no viability as loss-leaders).

The eternal answer: it depends.

The menus have been redone, which is fairly minor.

The discs include little lithograph prints, which are of differing value to different folks.

There are new extras. In addition to the "Behind the Microphone" segments with the English cast that were on the original discs, Disney went over to Japan and visited Miyazaki and Ghibli, and conducted a wide-ranging interview with Miyazaki about Ponyo and the three re-releases, which was then divided up by release and put on each relevant disc, along with other new footage about production on each film.

To anyone who may use the coupon tomorrow at BB for Ponyo it can't hurt to point out it is a manufacturer's coupon (as I found out tonight they have a key on the register for that) as the bloody thing didn't want to be scanned in.

It seems that some (BB) are not quite as informed about the F7 key for something like this...

Luckily the other cashier was and the one I had was willing to ask for help (which is how I heard of the F7 key myself). Ah well, it didn't bother me too much (though it pissed of the guy behind me but that is his fault he followed me rather than waiting at the line for the next cashier). It might have messed things up if I wanted to get Castle for $5 off as she though it was one deal at a time but since I have no intention of getting that film again it all worked out.

BestBuy.com still has the Genshiken 2: Premium Collection (w/o T-shirt) mispriced at $29.95... selling currently for $24.99.

My order just shipped yesterday.
