Yeah it's the Animax dub. It's same dub found on the R3 Korea and Taiwan DVD releases.

I wouldn't mind seeing more Animax dub series featured on this site.

It's no longer available for (free) legal streaming in the U.S. The next best thing will be purchasing the DVDs. It's available as a Hong Kong singles bundle or Taiwan singles. Both releases are coded Region 3.
