It's like a yes and/or no. The pre-order has be placed between 8/20 - 9/14 (Taiwan's time). You can't order directly from e-muse. You would have to place the order on sites that lists these type of pre-order listings (which usually excludes JS DVD Mall and YesAsia.com). Other problems may include S/H cost and the lack of English on these respective sites. Two possible places may include book.com.tw and Pchome. Neither sites has listed this release so far.

BTW, thanks a lot for this thread WTK it's really useful. Without this, I would have never know that Asatte no Houko had a box which I order with Kannagi.
