Naruto: Ultimate Ninja storm 2 question (No spoilers please)

I want to catch up on some Naruto DVDs. I've only seen the first 4 box sets, but I want to start over now and watch all the way to the Shipuuden box sets. Will the game spoil anything past however many box sets there are now? I bought the first box set off Ebay and I want to buy whichever other ones are out right now. I think there is about 3, then a 4th one coming out in October.
I would like to pre-order this game for PS3 but I will not buy it if it spoils anything past these DVDs.

Yes, from what I've gathered from the trailers, this game definitely ends past the point that the current R1 box sets go. I'm not sure how far, though.

The game is gonna cover the story all the way to the Pein arc. So yea, tons of spoilers.

I'm actually curious about how the game is going to end considering the anime switched it up a bit from the manga.
