Just found this site a couple weeks ago: http://www.betterworldbooks.com/ and received my first shipment from them. They do free worldwide shipping and have marketplace sellers as well.

I ordered 6 volumes of Musashi #9 and they are in fair to good condition and all of them appear to be library returns. The library stickers are still on the back, front, and spine. They seem to have quite a few OOP manga for decent prices. The marketplace prices for OOP volumes they don't have can get high though. They appear to have CMX, Go Comi, and all of the usual publishers. When I found them they were doing a promotion where half of the manga series I looked at had books for 3.98 (bargain sale). This might be a good alternative to BookCloseouts for some as BC's shipping is not so great and the prices are similar (but better selection at BWB).

The BD version is still priced about the same as when first offered; my guess is most are ordering the BD and DVD sales are sluggish, so the big retailers may have dropped the price because they may have over-ordered on the DVD version. Just a guess...
