Default Idolmaster (The iDOLM@STER) music thread

I've been wanting a place to talk about Idolmaster music in general, but didn't want to post too much in the anime discussion thread.

Just saw some recent sales figures.
Animation Master 02 has gotten to 13,252 so far. Pretty impressive for what amounts to a partial OST.
Animation Master 03 has first week sales of 8,094, also good.

Animation Master 05 has been listed on Amazon in the last few days, no tracklist yet though.

Animation Master 01 was the READY!! OP for the anime.
Animation Master 04 is the second OP, CHANGE!!!!. We have cover art for that now, albeit pretty tiny. Needs more Miki! (She'll be on the other side, of course.) Nice cover anyway though.

Speaking of sales figures, READY!! had passed 40k a month ago so it could be closer to 50k now.

More comprehensive list of sales figures is found in this post if you scroll down a bit. Idolmaster has had remarkably stable sales for something that's released so many discs, but the effect the anime has had is pretty clear - READY!! completely destroys even the best previous sales by a factor of three (Shiny Smile sold 15,986, READY!! must be triple that by now).

As I only got into Idolmaster music with the anime, all I currently own are the Animation Master discs (1 through 3, 4 and 5 are going on my next Amazon order) plus the two disc Master of Master album and The World is All One!! (which ended up being redundant since the full version is on AniMas 02, oops... well I don't mind). That seems like it gives me a pretty wide exposure to the catalog, especially given how many insert songs are making their way into the anime. I'm really glad they're handling the anime music as they are... delving into the huge back catalog is too daunting, but I have really fallen for the music as the anime goes on.
