This is the current FAQ info:
We are doing partials worldwide based on many factors, mostly including time -- holding orders indefinitely isn't good for us. Is the part in red for international orders?
The entire section deals with international orders (outside of the USA and territories). And, based on past experience, it works as described.

If you want more clarity, then modify it to read: if your international order is more than 3-4 months old,

Thanks.
I have revised it in a similar way.
If you have any other information or suggestions please let me know.

Well, I was wondering. Sometimes, I add an item to an order, by sending a message to their customer care, in a specific order page. So, my question is, if I ask them to do that for item X that is on sale at the time I make the post, but is not anymore at the time customer care add it, will I still have the item X on sale?

They should. It was a little trickier when we were heavy into using coupons, but these days, it's a lot easier to figure out what the pricing was.

I am not quite sure if I am understanding this correctly. (I am not sure if "at the time I make the post" refers to the original order or the request to add the item.)
If I am then I would like to add this to the FAQ:

Edit: Incorrect information was removed from this post.

If I am then I would like to add this to the FAQ:

(Q) If I add an item to an order and the item was on sale at the time that I made the order but is not on sale now will I get the sale price for that item?
(A) Yes. If the item was eligible for the sale at the time when the order was made then you should be charged the sale price for that item.
When you add the item make sure to mention that it was on sale so that customer service knows to adjust the price.
-----------------

NOTE: This answer still needs to be confirmed.

Well, what I meant was. For example, FUNimation sale end at 11:59PM tonight, I have only one item I want from them, since I don't want to pay for shipping, I send customer care a message in a specific previous order where it says:

Do you have a question about your order?
You may send a message to our customer care team.

I ask for an item to be add to my order, but when they answer my message and add the item, the sale as end. Will they charge the sale price to me?

Was it the way you understand it?
