Niconico is started to frustrate me. I've been having account issues for about a week now and they will not respond to any email I send. Couple that with this flop of a partnership, how are we supposed to trust them with payment for membership?

Has anyone ever gotten a response from them? It almost seems like I have no hope of every getting my account fixed.

That kinda suck... Hope I won't have problem with mine. Have you tried sending a message to FUNi since they have a partnership with them...just saying to them you can't have an answer...

Good idea Damius, I'll try that. FUNimation is a pretty good company so while I'm not sure they will be able to help, I certainly would expect them to reply.

I also ended up posting on their Facebook page in more of a complaint fashion. It seems they had a worker on the website who got them to check their email. Don't really think Facebook should be used for support purposes, but that's besides the point.

It's the weekend so I'm hoping I get more replies starting Monday as the first reply was basic and solved nothing.

This. My only must-watch in their lineup is Last Exile: Fam, and its on Hulu+, which I am trialing and liking right now on my Roku.

Given that I like Hulu streaming on my netbook better, and Hulu+ brings my highest priority show straight to my Roku right alongside my CR series, I can wait a season to see if n^2 gets their act together.
