I have a question if I want to cancel some items from an order and add an item onto the same order can I do this? I completed an order but I want to make changes. So do I contact customer service and inform them of the changes I want, or do I cancel current order and re-order the items I want to keep + new item?

What I do when this happen is I go to the page of the said order and send them a message by clicking: Do you have a question about your order?
You may send a message to our customer care team.

Then I ask them: Can you add this item to my order. Can you remove this item from my order. If I were you I would include the Item #.

Edit: Looks like to be back to more normal speed just after I posted this.

We've had a few server capacity issues surrounding the current sales, we're working on getting those resolved. Seems to hit the worst in the mornings right after the day's items are posted.

I sent a message to TRSI customer service about this, but I bought the first Utena DVD set back in May. It's been a while, I know, but when I received my box, there were white splothces on both sides (as I remember the complaints about that here on the boards) and one of the sides (the one with the blue image) was too large, so the box is lopsided. I really thought nothing of it, but I noticed that the bottom portion of the side that is lopsided is actually tearing and that concerns me. I'm too afraid to even move the box in fear that it'll rip entirely and turn out to be like a used copy of the old Geneon release of the Sailor Moon Super S boxset I bought used.

Something like this happened in the past to me where I ordered a manga volume, and months later when I actually read it, first couple of pages were messed up because some kind of residue got onto all of them and Shawne allowed me to send it back for a new one. Would it be too late to make another exception, or would I have to resort to buying another Utena set?
