Bandai Entertainment Support - Gurren Lagann Anime Legends Complete Collection
First in general, has anyone else been experiencing a lack of response from Bandai Ent.'s ticket system. I've never really had a problem with them until last year, when they stopped responding to my request for replacements of certain glitch discs (Eureka Seven and Gundam Seed).
The ticket system itself is very flawed because you can't create a new support ticket for a new issue unless the previous ticket has been resolved and closed, so I kept trying to resolve multiple issues in the open ticket I had, and even resorting to creating a new one via a different email address, all to no avail.
Yesterday, I went to Best Buy and bought the Gurren Lagann Anime Legends Complete Collection, and sure enough, there were more bad discs.
I could try taking it to a different Best Buy for replacement but I'm worried that their copy is also an old copy from the bad batch.
Any advice on what to do? Does Bandai still have a phone number I can call?
