The first 12 (EDIT: English dubbed) episodes of Monster Rancher is now streaming @ Hulu (http://www.hulu.com/monster-rancher). ADV Films previously released 4 volumes on DVD (incomplete) back from 2000 to 2001. The network / studio is listed under TMS Entertainment.

Its hard to say. The show is being released by TMS themselves so they don't have a distributor yet... but they could be posting the show to see if there's still interests in western territories. High streaming numbers could help attract companies like SHOUT!, S'more!, or Discotek... especially since there's already a dub. (Though I doubt anyone would go through the trouble to try and release it uncut)

The episodes @ Hulu is now up to 30. EDIT: it should be 32.

As to that ANN thread link, the latest reply notes:

I'm just going to say that the deal with TMS wouldn't include streaming rights and also that the chances of profitably releasing Monster Rancher on DVD is now almost non-existent.
