I've been ordering them fairly recently starting earlier this month before they went on sale (so I spent $10-15 more per volume) and after contacting them, Amazon actually is refunding me the difference on each volume. Although, I do have to send a message for every volume. Still, great customer service. Amazon continues to be excellent to me.

(also, has anyone received part 5 from Rightstuf yet? I'm thinking of using the money I'm getting from the partial refunds to switch over my order and get it earlier even though it's more expensive)
