Also, I noticed yesterday that this is only affecting the BD versions. The DVDs were still there and available to order.

Probably the best price you'll see from a retail store for a while.

I am quite surprised that a super popular title ended up in the bargain bin not sold out at Amiami (DVD volume 1 sold out) since that's uncommon.
