I would like to know if maybe anything could be done for that. This is not an issue for me at all, since it's so simple to fix it on my side, but I still wanted to mentioned it here. The last three orders I got that had a exclusive item from FUNimation, the item was not included. I think it's cause by the fact I add the releases (each release on 3 different orders) on a previous orders and the item is not include automatically that way. The last one, was Freezing. I hope there is some Freezing booklets left since it was remove on the product page...

Hit up customer care and ask them to add the extra item to your next order. Sometimes these get missed - as long as we have some it shouldn't be an issue.

Has anybody been receiving partial shipments recently?
All three of my open orders meet the conditions in question 13 of the FAQ, and have met them for several weeks, but I have not had a shipment in the last two months.
One order had two items in stock when I placed the order over a month ago, but has never had anything shipped.
The other two orders have had items in stock for several weeks but have not had a shipment for over 60 days.

I would like to know if the conditions have changed, or if partials have been stopped completely, or if Right Stuf just does not like me.

I am not really in a big hurry to get anything. There are a few books that I am eager to read, but I can wait.
But I would like to know if the FAQ needs to be changed.

Someone said over on the Fandom Post forums, that they contacted TRSI and was told that their partial shipment system is down (software problem).

They hope to have it back online soon, but for the time being. You can give CS a call and they will gladly manually flag your order(s) for partial shipment.

That must be a serious software problem if they have not gotten it fixed yet. But I do not mind waiting a bit more.
At least is seems like nothing in the FAQ needs to be changed.

Well, it looks like my partial shipment was done just before the software system went down...

guess I won't be getting the rest of Hayate this month, unless it gets fixed and the order ships insanely fast



well at least Bandai BD/DVDs should keep me busy for a while
