I really don't like this one... Not at all.

I see what they were going for.

It doesn't quite work out.

That stuff at the top is stupid as hell, but so is the show, so it's actually pretty fitting. The show has some really nice promo art, though, so it's a shame that they decided to go an admittedly relatively creative route. I guess I'll get it at some point. Whatever.

I like the character shots there, but the background just does not seem right. Perhaps, using a green background is not the best idea.

It's time to graduate from here. But there's still some business left.
The only thing better than anime is sports. Get hit hard and you got JACKED UP! Or else it's a C'mon Man!

I like the idea, but it looks so strange. I think it's because despite the fact they chose to add wear and tear to the poster background, they didn't choose to fade the colors of said background AT ALL. C'mon guys, it's called consistency to a theme.

Really? I thought this was one of the best new anime to come out in the past few years. It's fast-paced, has nice character development, and has the feel of classic shows before the simultaneous censorship, moe, and bishounen crazes. To each his own, I guess...

Anyway, as others said, I like the concept of the cover but I'm not sure it completely works. Definitely buying anyway.

I enjoyed it enough to buy it eventually even without Blu-ray and with an ugly cover, but I found it incredibly stupid. I can suspend my disbelief quite a bit, but this show just went so over-the-top it was ridiculous. And while I don't mind violence in my anime, this just felt like they were getting off to the gore and seeing how far they could push it.

At the very least they didn't go the route I feared they would. I was thinking they'd do a very sterile white, black and red motif.
