Though really I can't get excited for a Yamakan series right now just by saying he's the director/writer/etc, I'll have to see something like a PV.

Machida is the writer (who's done some stuff I loved and some not so much). At the least, I'm looking forward to the music (Haruhi/OreImo OST). But yeah... Yamakan.

lol Yamakan. Well, the staff looks super promising so far, but we'll see how it goes. The guy has made such a fool of himself in the past that it's hard to take his involvement seriously, but his personal eccentricities don't change the fact that he's made some really good shows.

I don't necessarily care about an anime because of Yamakan's involvement, but I am curious to see what kinds of things he says about it after his bold claims about Fractale. Also, I find it kind of interesting that he's advertising it as by the staff of Lucky Star, since he got fired and replaced on that pretty early on.
