I'm just thinking that Hyouka isn't something that Sentai would go for these days or they would probably have acquired it already. I can't see Funimation in the mix either (gut feeling) and that kinda only leaves NIS America who is the only company that still release stuff I can accept (cred to Funi for Lain though). Had Sentai, for example, already announced a Hyouka license then I would probably have started collecting the JP BD's already.

Obviously I'm basing my "claim" on absolutely nothing so there's still a good chance that I'll cave in :[ I got the first three Ano Natsu de Matteru volumes for the price of two, so maybe that's a sign for Hyou.. buuh.

Sidenote, when are fall shows usually solicited?
