It is similar to the Animatrix shorts in that it is short segments animated by studios from Japan like Production I.G., Madhouse, and Bee Train.

Given that this is an American cartoon, this cover works just fine. Nothing too special about it, but nothing wrong with using this cover art. But for some reason, having Batman bigger than the rest of the characters just isn't quite right.
