HMV has listed the portraits (for 1-3 and 4-6 purchases) and the box as not shipping overseas. All 3 bonuses will be shipped 2 months after the final release (so v3 for the first portrait and v6 for box+2nd portrait) so that's why international customers will not get it.

If only they could show what the artbox would look like right away... What I could do is to get the box on YAJ maybe, if someone sells it and if I find it awesome, because I don't want to pay extra money for a box I don't know the design of.

Yeah, no probs. I never order directly from Japan with the exception of some 3DS games from AmiAmi. Other than that, everything goes through a US citizen living in Tokyo o/ I only have to pay $18 extra for every shipment from him to me (usually we're talking $300-$500 orders) and I don't have to pay customs fees and taxes and all that shit.

Just checked, and Gamers confirmed their box will hold all 7 volumes. Sent a tweet to HMV about theirs since v7 isn't listed there yet. Animate does not list the box on volume 7's listing as of 11/2/12. Tsutaya lists the box on volume 7, so it's likely they'll include it. I'll update as I find more information about these (you would think they'd re-plan their boxes when announcing a 7th volume)
