It’s another standard and not terribly remarkable episode, but there is definitely some good potential to be had here. There’s some good character development and touches on the background of Rikka and her social life (or lack thereof), and Yuta’s empathy should make for some continued development on their relationship together, making for greater possibility of the eventual romantic element to shine.

That episode was exactly what the doctor ordered. So much moe overload......but sooo good. And Yuuta is starting to revert under Rikka's influence. Rikka will probably wind up being an actress or a manga writer when she grows up.......I'd definitely read her stuff!

Episode 5:

- 凸-chan love! ♥
- But Kumin is totally the best.
- Haha, I think Nana-chan might be the scariest person in this show. She's so good at manipulating Rikka.

- Shinka just hit Kumin. SHINKA MUST DIE!
- I can't get enough of Rikka and 凸-chan totally being on the same wavelength.
- Haha, Kumin sleep-dodges the chop. Why is Kumin so fantastic?

- Deko-chan is the top of her class. "Something is wrong with this world." XD
- Oh god this shrine scene is hilarious. Answer pencil fails.
- Swimsuits! Deko-chan is too cute, Rikka too. Kumin is totally boingboing. She beats Shinka Respect your senpai!
- Ahaha, Sanae is curling Rikka.
- Stop picking on Kumin. ;_; Evil Shinka.
- Why is Sanae so awesome?

- "Wanna go spy?" Mom is awesome. KyoAni moms always are.
- I feel you, Rikka. Math sucks.
- Awww. "Rikka is lonely" stuff. Poor Rikka.
- DIVINE EXCEED FREYA MAGNA! lol, way to not change your address, Yuuta.
- Awww. The "serious" stuff is predictable enough, but executed so well. Not that I'd expect any less.

- Oh god, Rikka's smile and V when she beats the class average by 2 ponts. ♥

Wow. Kumin is still best girl, but Rikka's smiling face was just deadly. Really don't think I could ask for anything more from the show. It's basically perfect.

Lite Episode 6:

Oh god this was a riot. I love Shinka's elaborate plan to avoid the water balloon, which is totally thwarted by 凸 power!

And how convenient that an enormous water balloon and blow gun were handy.

Then, bathing together!

- Some more time for Shinka, this is great.
- Just when Yuuta thought he was alone with Shinka, Rikka was hiding in the room.
- And we meet a new girl, Kumin! I know already that I will like her as well.
- A calculator + a key to open the door, because why not?
- “Welcome to the Dark Side.” “Welcome to the Pandemonic Chaos.”
- Oh… That Kumin’s look.
- That was Rikka’s sister… Wow!
- And yeah… you have no choice to help her now, Yuuta.
- Kumin’s reactions are fantastic.
- And the delusional battle at the end… Wonderful! Purely EPIC!

This show is purely fantastic. My #1 of the season.

Surprise Sanae sliding into Nibutani at the beginning cracked me up.

Their interactions stealing the show in general. Their instinctive fighting upon entering proximity to one another was particularly amusing. And they found something to agree on: laughing their asses off at Isshiki's glowing shaved head.

Isshiki jumping over Nibutani rolling around was a nice visual gag.

And oh god, Kumin. Her end scene was stupidly adorable.

It was nice to see the class girl rank thing come back and bite the guys in the ass for a change, though I felt they got off too easy. Wish Nibutani would have pushed the issue and not let Isshiki enable the others to get away with it. Yuuta never shows any concern except for his and Isshiki's well-beings and the whole thing still comes away with a whiff of "It's a Bro thing; the girls don't like it so just don't get caught."

I did enjoy the girls' reactions, both verbal and body language. And at least there was some public humiliation. Just wish it would have gone a bit farther. Oh well.

Anyway, great episode as usual.
