No, the listing specifically says it will not be broadcast. Think of it like the Clannad Another World episodes or K-On!'s14th episode or K-On!!'s 27th episode.

HMV has confirmed that their box (with purchases of only 1-6) will hold all 7 volumes. Gamers and Tsutaya edited their listings saying that purchasers of 1-7 will get the box. Animate...is silent.

And Animate has confirmed their box will hold all 7 volumes. Like HMV, it looks like you just need to purchase 1-6 to get it.
