very happy about the delay. Now i don't have to worry about being able to afford all the editions.

I'd like it to be pushed into early next year, hopefully late January early February would be great.

While no formal release date has been announced publicly from AoA and TRSI, C&L at the moment list the release date as December 11, 2012.

EDIT: now December 18th.

TRSI currently has posted a release date of Dec 13 2012 for the Garden of sinners Limited Edition DVD Box Set.

It has come to our attention that some customers noticed a subtitle playback issue on the first disc of the Garden of Sinners DVD Box Set. The subtitle issue can be found at the beginning of the first disc at the following times:

0:23 (incorrect subtitle) “I’m at a movie theater with Shiki”
(correct subtitle) “It’s open.”

0:27 (incorrect subtitle) “Please turn off your cell phone.”
(correct subtitle) “Good evening.”

Aniplex of America has conducted a thorough investigation on this playback issue. Through testing we were able to confirm the issue with the first disc.

If you have the Garden of Sinners DVD Box Set with the first disc issue, and would like to have the disc replaced with the correct subtitling, please contact the retailer where you purchased your Garden of sinners DVD Box Set. Once your retailer has verified your proof of purchase, they will provide you with the replacement disc.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Are there already multiple batches of the set out there, so that some people would have this problem and not others? It seems unlikely with how recent its release was. I'll be getting mine in the next week, so I'll be able to check this by Friday.

Please note: Everyone who purchased this from Right Stuf will have a replacement disc automatically shipped to them at no cost. There is no need to contact us. It will take about 2-3 weeks for delivery of the replacement discs as they will be presort mailed to everyone we have on file who has purchased.

For future reference: The replacement discs have an "R" next to the item number on the disc, so you can quickly know if the disc is the original or replacement disc.

Oh well, I hadn't heard anything of it from anyone and wasn't sure if it was known or not yet so



Anyways, aside from this little error the rest of the disc plays perfectly fine, so I may keep it as a loaner of sorts or something
