It's definitely a shame. I love the girl, but this arc does feel like a newbie freshman's first essay for "Writing Key Story Arcs 101". None of the individual story elements inherently turn me off (or I wouldn't like Key adaptations so much) but the way they're coming together is, well, less than inspiring. It's just kind of lazy. I haven't read the visual novel but this really feels like a defect of the source rather than the adaptation, though I don't doubt the adaptation could improve on a couple things.

I like the arc okay so far, but it feels like to me that the show has hardly shown us what is really going to be in this arc. After all, Komari only seemed to react at the end to what Kojiro was willing to tell about her brother (that he passed away); I bet once we learn what he's hiding, that's when the arc will really show what this story is capable of. Hopefully.

Heh, I want her arc to be over so I don't have to listen to her voice as often. Like dragging my ears over a cheese grater every time she opens her mouth.

Shame too, since I don't dislike her character.

What really amazes me though, is that I appear to be the only one that feels that way.

I find Komari's voice amusing. It's just so annoying its funny. Didn't hate the last episode, but I'm definitely looking forward to the other characters more. I hope Sasami-sama gets her arc.

And thank god thats over. This episode was...unintentionally really funny, which rather robbed events of the weight they should have had.

Episode 6:

- Takuya, dude, don't vomit blood on your cute imouto and then not clean it off. I don't care if you're dying, that's dirty.
- I like Komari's seiyuu way better when she's being goofy and talking about SHIAWASE SUPAIRARUs. I don't buy it as much when she's being gloomy and crying.
- Congratulations, Takuya, you warped your imouto's sense of reality.
- Rin and Yuiko to save the day!
- Erm now Komari regresses to her little girl personality and thinks Riki is her onii-chan. Yeah jeeze, all the serious material in this arc really does feel like it's just kinda awkwardly parodying Key cliches.

- Huh, so this is a recurring thing for her. I guess that's a little different.
- Umbrella behind Riki after he leaves the screen. I can't tell if someone is there. Maybe it's nothing. Well, one of the remaining girls is white umbrella girl. I don't see what she would be doing there though.
- Go go Rin! I don't know what you plan to do but I really hope you're part of the solution. Your relationship wth Komari has been one of the best elements of the show so far.

- Rin is doing something. Kud! Haruka! Some girl!
- Awwwwwwwwww. Rin you're so adorable. Such a good girl.
- Awwwwwwwwwwwwww. Okay, I cried when Rin finally called Komari "Komari-chan" and ran over to hug her. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. <3

Alright, so that... uh, wasn't a very good story to be honest but I'm still really digging the show's atmosphere, and oh my god Rin. <3 <3 <3

Now, Fuuko's arc, this sure as hell was not. This was more like a quick, somewhat odd-tasting appetizer before what I hope is a much better main course. Because happy Komari is back. Rin has opened up to her. The Little Busters are all really really great people.

Even if this was kinda lame plot-wise, I still feel like we're on the right track and picking up speed. Looking forward to what comes next.

Komari's arc is finally over, thank god. That was..... really bad.

On the upside, naked Komari backside. Which was about the only good thing from the episode. Well, other than Komari's unintentionally hilarious reaction to hearing that her brother was dead near the end.

Well, that's over. The events just leading up to the end and the end was nice. The Little Busters are the bestest friends someone can have. It was nice to see everyone pull together.

Rin's the best. Definitely awwwww momemnts with her at the end.

Plot-wise it was pretty lame and rushed, but overall it goes back to the first statement - they are really great people. I find that to absolutely wonderful.
