So that was an arc. Really? Well on to the next one or whatever. Let's see if things get better.

Komari was pretty sad looking this time.
Her flashback to childhood days with her brother was really nice.
It was more than obvious that she loved her brother very much.
Yes, she totally sees Riki as her substitute brother.
Everyone felt sorry for her which is normal considering the situation.
Looks like she had some sort of a reoccurring breakdown.
Riki really gave it his all to help her feel better.
That picture book was a really sweet thing to do.

Yet another epic battle where Masato is utterly humiliated... This one struck me as being a bit better animated than the previous ones. Also, OH NO POOR RIN, UNABLE TO OPEN SODA CANS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE!!!
And then more member-gathering, where they encounter Haruka being quirky. Haruka then joins the Little Busters and then some student council people show up because she's broken the rules n'stuff.

The next day, more Haruka-related antics, then the student council people come after her again, then Kud makes another fifteen-second cameo, before Kanata is introduced and makes her best attempt to look like an Evil Overlord of some kind...

Even more practice, except Riki forgot his outfit and goes back to get it, only to find Haruka fixing a desk Masato broke at the start of the episode and... I'm sorry, I just can't not find this music incredibly awkward whenever it shows up. I mean, it's literally a remix of the theme-song of another Key-VN's heroine...

Kanata continues being an Evil Overlord, Riki sticks up for Haruka with a little help from Komari, Rin and Masato, before declaring that "Haruka-san is joining the Little Busters!" ...Wait, didn't she already do that earlier? While they were all around to see it? Weird.

So, next episode preview... It seems it's gonna focus on Kud, finally giving her more than fifteen seconds of screentime, and also a certain umbrella-carrying blue-haired girl will be making her appearance at last (But seriously, that took way too long. One would think they'd finish all the basic character-setup before going into the serious drama...)

Oh right, for all the girls introduced, only those two actually joined the Little Busters. Well now Haruka does as well, and gets a proper episode to herself as the others did before they officially joined. When it's all set, I wonder if someone will think to comment that Riki found a girl each and every time. So now she's an official member or whatever. The disciplinary committee is as ridiculously evil and silly as one from any other anime. Next time, a real Kud episode, and finally the final main character will appear at least in some capacity.

That wasn't bad. Pretty fun being introduced to Haruka the mischievous student.

So, the episode introduces her and then she joins LB at the end. Next episode looks to be Kud focused.

Reading discussions elsewhere, some game players are pretty hyper-critical of the episode. I can see that, but as a standalone anime episode, it wasn't bad. It did seem a little rushed to have everything happen in one episode.

It's hard to gauge where the show is going at this point.

Haruka is much, much more entertaining than Komari. The storyline for this episode was pretty meh, but its vastly better than the two episodes preceding it.

And yay for random Kud appearances. Wafuu~!

Masato vs Rin sister.
He lost that fight right from the start.
There's no messing with her cats.
The playing catch part was fun to watch.
Kanata sure is a serious girl.
Saigusa on the other hand is a trouble maker, but is not always automatically guilty.
So Little Busters got another member..

Episode 7:

- Masato vs Rin! Masato never had a chance. Masato is "Trash"!
- Recruitment needed. Everyone instinctively looks at the protagonist.
- Aww, good try, Rin. You were almost able to greet Haruka by yourself.
- ...You know, Haruka could play "guess who" by covering her own eyes, given golden eyes in the OP.

- Member get! I'm sure Yuiko approves.
- Heh, she jumps right on the Trash bandwagon.
- She's skilled, sort of. In useless ways.
- She's also a serial detention avoider. I guess her arc is going to be something about a troubled home life and how it makes her act out in school.

- WAFUUUUUUU! More of the cutest Engrish-tan.
- And there's Kanata. That was the name. Couldn't remember. Also nobody seems to comment on the fact that she looks exactly like Haruka? Surely that's not intended as mere coincidence.
- Haruka is in the maintenance committee? Does not fit her image, heh. And lol when I heard someone doing woodwork, I expected to see Fuuko with a wooden star...

- Fuck yeah Riki, you go tell Kanata off.
- Awww, Rin chips in to pay Haruka's bail.
- And Haruka joins the Little Busters!

- Haha, Kyousuke is so easily swayed.
- XD Rin and Haruka find something to bond over. Abusing Masato.

Maaaaan that was awesome. I wonder if I'm always going to like the slice of life stuff better than the drama in this show.

Now that's a much better episode than the last couple. In my opinion Komari drags the show down. Well, more specifically her voice does. It just reeks of utter helplessness and makes me think she has the mental age of an 8 year old child.
So the less of her we have the better, plus Haruka's infinitely more entertaining.

This show isn't bad when its just being a comedy.
