Episode 5:

- How exactly does one sword swing manage to hit Hakuei in her cheek, shoulder, hair and clothing by her left breast, and thigh? That makes no sense at all.
- Grandma is dead.
- I really like Hakuei. Ryosai is a boring as hell one-dimensional antagonist, but oh well.
- Haha holy shit, Hakuen henshin! Into much less clothing.
- And she's totally awesome. Even after she's run out of magical power.
- Aladdin saves the day of course, but, wow, he totally just killed people. Thank goodness, I couldn't yet tell if he would actually kill or if he would always be trying to use non-lethal means no matter how inappropriate that was for the situation.
- ...Wait, bare nipples are okay for prime time anime if they're blue? But we need giant light beams in fanservice anime airing at 2am? I DON'T UNDERSTAND.
- OPPAIMON.
- Oppaimon ♥ Hakuei! I'm not to into blue chicks but hey, I'll totally allow it.

Better than most of the episodes to far. Lacked Morgiana, but it had Hakuei! I also like Aladdin a lot more when he's being serious than the chibi gag stuff in the first episode or two.

And next week should have a lot of Morgiana to make up for her recent absence. =D

Morgiana joined a nice bunch of girls, good for her.
Seeing slaves again really got to her.
Flashbacks from her past were far from pleasant.
It's still amazing that such a small girl could do so much damage.
From one slavery to another.... she pushed her luck too far.
I'm glad she overcame her fears.
It's lucky Aladdin was there to help out.

Unfortunately, we only got a couple seconds of her… And the rest was not so good…

That certainly was better than the previous episode. There was not a second of Morgiana, but Hakuei, is now officially awesome. And less clothes = Power UP! In addition, we will have a lot of Morgiana next episode.

- Morgiana chooses fight bandits rather than go the long way.
- She may be along against a pack of bandits, but she is not to be messed with.
- That was a cheap shot by the slave trader. Using a raven to knock her out.
- She meets a sick little girl. Too bad they become dinner for the hyenas in his world.
- Not even those super-tough shackles will stop Morgiana from scaring the hyenas away.
- Neither will a pack of saber-tooth tigers.
- Everybody's free, including Aladdin?
- It's off to Balbaad. Morgiana to get home and Aladdin to meet Sinbad.

This episode really showcases Morgiana as someone who doesn't approve of slave owners, and she has the strength to kick butt. Now that we know more about Morgiana, time to move on with the journey, and it will be about Sinbad.
