Episode 53:

-Heh. So they were both fighting each other's clients, but Illumi got there first?
-Mm I like the way Machi and Feitan look when they're dead. All of them, actually.
-What's harder to believe: Leorio's under the drinking age or Killua cares about the drinking age? Seriously I wish they would stop putting that little moral message in shounen anime. Oh well.
-Hm they didn't quite finish the old series here like I thought they would.

I just realized something. Illumi's probably as strong as Zeno and Silva. I was thinking he was weaker. But while the fight didn't finish so it's hard to know for sure, it seems like Chrollo is at least as strong as either of them, probably stronger. And Hisoka's probably on par with Chrollo considering he wants to fight him, and I don't think he would start a fight he didn't have a pretty good chance of winning. And Illumi seems to be on the same level as Hisoka. So... yeah.

Episode 54:

-Wow, that was really disgusting, Gon.

-So Hisoka changed it. He thought of a new poem quite quickly.
-And yet Nobunaga still gets mad at him for what it says...?
-Well, the new one was a lot less treacherous sounding than the old one. But I guess because it said the customer would end up taking the secrets... And the narration at the end implied the fortune changed on its own without Hisoka doing anything to it, so... I don't get it.

-Kurapika why are you dressed as a sexy female french beat poet?
-Shopping is more dangerous than being a bodyguard.
-Nobunaga, Chrollo & all the sexy Spider ladies going on a little walk to find the copied Scarlet Eyes.
-Melody why are you such a moe molewoman?
-Aww doggies. Good luck doggies.

-The eyes & doggies are on the move. The Spiders are in pursuit. Kurapika is close behind them. Killua is cursing.
-The Spiders have split up. Chrollo, Shizuku & Machi have turned to face Kurapika & Gon. You boys are screwed.
-Hah! Well that's a good distraction Gon. Just stepping out and asking questions. Oh Killua was there too.
-Chrollo why are you getting all philosophical on us? Gon just asked why you kill people. Not about your thoughts on the human condition.
-Kurapika learn to chill out man... woman... whatever you are.
-Good bye Schala. Good luck doggies.
-BWAHAHAHAHA! Nobunaga knows your name Kurapika. He knows what you look like. He's coming for you and he wants blood.

Things are going from bad to worse for our heroes. And REALLY bad for Kurapika. Hehe. But the Phantom Troupe sure is having fun. That's what really matters.

The more womanly Kurapika dresses, the more it fits him. Each side on on its way to the other, and thanks to Squala's memories, the Troupe finally knows all about Kurapika. He may be in disguise right now, but I doubt that will do much to stop them. Not that he's not after them as well, but he's got a lot more than just one enemy this time.

The weather conditions and the traffic jam weren't helpful either.
Those guys are not easily fooled.
Kurapika was barely keeping himself in check when they got closer.
He's lucky Gon reasoned with him.
The phantom troupe managed to find out Kurapika's appearance.
That's just bad and very dangerous since it renders his one-on-one fight plan useless.

- Kurapika, those are some giiiiiiant glasses.
- Shizuku, why you so sexy?
- Melody to the rescue.
- Dog guy is probably about to experience something unpleasant.
- Heh, it's impossible to watch this show and not feel bad for Killua. He puts up with so much shit.
- And now he's captured again, covering for his rash friends.

- Gon and Killua got captured… You need to find a plan Kurapika, the best plan ever.

Episode 55:

-Ooh, this is fun. I want to see Hisoka fight Nobunaga.
-Kotowareee...
-Dude I totally forgot this part.
-Leorio looks kind of like a moose IMO.
-Oh that's why I didn't remember it. It didn't end up happening.
-I keep accidentally calling Shizuku Sheska. She reminds me of Sheska.
-I like Machi. I'm gonna call her Machoke for short cause I know she could choke a bitch.
-But I kinda think she looked better with blue hair. Maybe. Maybe not. I love both.
-Yeah, Feitan's totally male. Oh well. Still cool. You just don't often get girls like that...

Episode 56:

-I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before but if so I'm sure it's been a while... why does it say "osakunai"? That's weird...
-Killua- "what, really, I didn't know that, wow" Danchou: "..." Not buying it...
-Yeah Chrollo, staring up at the rain, eyes open like a boss. Philosophical mumblings of nothingness...
-Squala's dead... how did I not remember that?
-And now they know about Kurapika...

Hmm I wonder if they're gonna kill Eliza now.

Ok now I'm seriously gonna watch it once a week seriously.

-The Spider's know your name. They know your face. You are fucked Kurapika. Hehehehe.
-DJ Melody is playing an old familiar song.
-Darkness! Escape! Failure! Capture!
-Huh Kurapika managed to snag Chrollo. Or Chrollo let himself get caught.
-AFRO UVOGIN!

-Kurapika is a sexy office lady?
-"My fortune didn't mention this. So you must be insignificant." Daaaaaamn. Massive putdown there Chrollo.
-Dissension among the spider's legs? Don't fight each other. Stay together and murder Kurapika.
-Somewhere in this hotel, probably a broom closet, is hiding the security staff. Trying not to shit themselves about what's going on in the lobby.
-Kurapika has this all figured out. Or so he thinks.
-AHHAHAHA! Hisoka has plans.

The tension just keeps ramping up. *squee* There hasn't been any real fighting for a bunch of episodes. Lots of talking and plotting intrigue. And yet this is the most exciting show I'm watching currently. How do they do that!?
