What was your favorite release from them?
Cowboy Bebop, probably. That's mostly because it's my favorite anime, but they did do a damn good job with the Remix DVD!

They will be making their final shipments to retailers by Nov 30th, and then that will be it. We've been staggering in Bandai inventory since September in an attempt to stock their stuff as deep as possible, but I have to tell you that based on our wholesale orders over the last 3-4 weeks it's been pretty slim pickins over there and it looks like we'll be lucky to get 20% fills on our final stock orders. Not since Geneon went under have we had such a large catalog of existing Anime title wiped off the 'current' list and moved into the 'out of print' column. Many fans are buying these 5, 10, even 20 at a time to squirrel away into their rainy day funds for future sale on E-Bay. We're already seeing sellouts and low stock on some Bandai titles (especially certain Gundam sets) drive the prices up in the aftermarket, so please folks, try to pickup whatever Bandai titles you want over the next few weeks before they are all gone.

  • Escaflowne, Vision of DVD Complete Collection (Hyb) - Super Legends
  • Ghost Slayers Ayashi DVD Complete Collection (Hyb) (Anime Legends)
  • Girl Who Leapt Through Time, The DVD (Hyb) Limited Edition
  • Gundam, Mobile Suit Zeta Movie 2 DVD: Lovers (S)
  • K-ON! DVD 3 (Hyb)

And from that previous post/list. The following titles no longer have counters.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00: Season 2 Collection (Anime Legends) got restocked @ Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006O94DKO). It's priced @ $44.98 with 16 left as of this post.
