They should've done what they did with Black Butler artbox and put in a double sized placeholder so that Part 3 could fit in there when it comes out... Which will be a long wait apparently

Very nice - but like a lot people I'm a bit irked that the second set didn't include a slipcase... it looks very strange having one with and one without....
Maybe if we're lucky we'll get one bundled with the volume 3 box set. >_<

Is it really true that the mini-episode "The Dawn" is Japanese only? Why wouldn't Funimation dub that? For someone who's attached the dub i find that highly annoying.

It's true.

My guess it that it had something to do with getting the materials. They probably didn't get the extra episode at the same time as the rest, and in order to keep this at its release date, they only subbed it. Also the reason it wasn't heavily advertised as being something special.

Well, that sucks.

Any chance they'll dub "The Dawn" for the Vol 3? Or even give it a separate release? From what i gather it's its own little ongoing mini-series...

I think if anything your best bet at this point would be an eventual rerelease of the whole series after X gets released.
