Maybe they'll re-solicit a Blu-ray version, instead of DVD. ;p
I live in the US and have my CPM discs (and imported BD sets), but I'd love to see more releases of my favorite anime. ^_^

That's what I'm hoping for, I can afford the Japanese sets but this is one of those series where I prefer English, instead of the Japanese audio.

Really? I could see perhaps that being the case with the movies (Manga dub > Bandai dub), but the TV series and OVAs? They were pretty bad.

I have never once seen the CPM releases, but my first experience with Patlabor was the Honneamise releases from Bandai Visual USA, I listened to the English dub first, It's happened before to me with Ghost in The Shell, and Eureka Seven also, don't know I know it's random but for some series once I get used to hearing it in, I prefer it even if it isn't the same cast.

Patlabor: The Mobile Police Ova - Series 1 (The Early Days Collection) to be released on DVD (http://cdn.madman.com.au/images/slic...ge/mma4387.png) and Blu-ray (http://cdn.madman.com.au/images/slic.../mma4387br.png). EzyDVD has listed the DVD and Blu-ray with a June 19th release date.
