Kaze UK to re-release Street Fighter II movie?

Film appears on BBFC web site

We love a bit of speculation here at the UK Anime office, and one particularly interesting source for such things is often the BBFC web site - with all UK home video releases requiring classification before they enter retail, this occasionally gives us an early peek into an otherwise unannounced release.
This might just be the case this time around, with the Street Fighter II animated movie making a reappearance on the BBFC web site, as submitted by none other than Kaze and classified as a 15 rating just a few short days ago. With Kaze France releasing the film on Blu-Ray and DVD in late February 2013, could we be looking at a UK release distributed via Manga Entertainment (who previously released the film outright) for Kaze UK in a similar timeframe? If we were betting men....

Would you buy a new release of Street Fighter II here in the UK, on DVD or Blu-Ray? Let us know your thoughts!

EDIT: It's now been confirmed that the film is definitely set for a UK Blu-Ray release - a DVD version of the release is yet to be confirmed.

Alright so here I have done comparison shots with the source for the R1 DVD used is the double-sided DVD Manga 2006 release which I used the Japanese side since it's considered to use the original master. The DVD will most likely not look so good since it's 1.85:1 non-anamorphic widescreen source compared to the Bluray screens which was provided by a friend of mine and this time the DVD screens are bicubic resized to 1920x1080. Received the French release today, which is English friendly and identical to the forthcoming UK release. Locked to Region B, English dub is censored. All swearing removed.

The subtitles match the Japanese dialogue, which didn't have the swearing in the first place.

Guile says in the Japanese version: "Vega, I can't let scum like you run rampant!" As opposed to threatening to rip his heart out, etc.

I know anti-dub folk won't really care, but when you've preferred the US score and dub for almost twenty years, it's a bit of a bummer. I'm starting to think that SF II is cursed on home video, lol
