I finally saw this dub. I really didn't like the script (very different from the Japanese at times). And I found all of the very pervasive accents to be annoying. While the accents are technically consistent with the background info of the characters (most of which is only presented in the manga I think), they sometimes completely change the characterization. For example, Marco's quips of "amigo" are changed to "mate." Which I suppose does make sense given that he's supposed to be British. But suffice it to say, the dub gives a completely different impression of the characters. If you haven't seen the Japanese version, then it might not bother you.
