Default Christmas wish
It's almost Christmas. For Christmas I would like to have Kill Me Baby licensed! (or the days following Christmas.)

Oh, Kill Me Baby is high on your 4-Koma manga wish list?

Since the piece of news is about the manga-ka's having visited the shrine, it fits the New Year mood well.

The point would be Daioki's having said the words in a poker-faced manner. (And he also does comical/offbeat things in his works po-facedly.)
That may be just a wish, or that may be his knowing an actual new development.
