Can't really blame Shawne. It's gotta be costing him a fortune to ship across the border.

We'll just have to get more creative then. Combine the last day of one sale with the first day of the next, add in weekly specials and maybe bargin bin items as well.

With the COD charges now increased to ten bucks as well, it definitely pays to do more items in fewer orders.

Yep! It occurred on Monday and they posted the details on their web site.
That's purely understandable, but now that don't buy anime from the US anymore and only buy mangas/novels, it will take a long time to have 250$ worth of it. Will see, what I'll do, because I still want to buy exclusively from TRSI.

A little question, now that the minimum for free shipping for Canada is 250$, will this affect as well the possibility to have a partial shipment after couple mounts?

Ah, good ol' Canadian shipping. Yeah, the new $250 threshold is a bit too high. But i used to do a $200 order every 14 days. Now i simply make it a $400 order every 28 days. Sure that means i have to miss a few sales but rarely...as Otakufan said, by being a bit creative i can manage this just fine.

I came here mainly to see if people had started being exempted from COD fees recently because of this but it seems not. Well personally my last order i received last week arrived whitout any fees. It was a $220 order (placed before the $250 threshold). And that hadn't happenned AT ALL yet in 2012 in 15+ orders...hopefully it's a sign of things to come!

We've made a couple additions to the new search we rolled out on RightStuf.com. There's now a text-only listing format available for the search results. Also, if you click the text-only button an extra time, you'll get a listing that includes item numbers as well. It's slightly hidden since the majority of people don't need them, but I know there are those that will really appreciate this addition.

Default Rightstuf ordering problems

Hi guys,

Im currently trying to order this- http://www.rightstuf.com/1-800-338-6...em/96513/4/0/0

from rightstuf. I live in Australia and I realise that their company is in America, however, everytime I try to place an order for that item; it tells me to 'contact customer service for status update'. 2 out of 3 orders (still awaiting for the third order's email to be replied to) they said that the problem was that my credit card was getting declined and that the problem was either-

-> insufficient funds
-> incorrect security code
-> incorrect expiry date


I am 100% sure that I entered these correctly and that my bank/card has more than enough money. However, the address I put on the Rightstuf website is this-

*insert my name*
59 J***** PDE
W******* S**** VIC
MELBOURNE *insert postcode*
Australia


However, on my bank account statement, my address is this-

59 J***** PDE
W******* S**** VIC *insert postcode*


is this what the problem is? becaues I checked with my bank and they said that no transaction was attempted by rightstuf...

Please help if possible, anyone experiencing the same problem please advise me on what to do =s
