I think that these have not been mentioned here. One is a spin-off of Lucky Star, the other started as a doujinshi.

First the one that looks like it will be good:
Miyakawa-ke no Ku-fuku is the spin-off by Kagami Yoshimizu.
The main characters are Hikage and Hinata Miyakawa, who were very minor characters in Lucky Star.

The second one seems like it will really annoy me if I ever get to read it:
Boo Boo Kagaboo is by somebody named Eretto (I think that might me the name of a circle). He is also responsible for Nyoro-n Churuya-san which used the character of Tsuruya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
The main character in Boo Boo Kagaboo is Kagami Hiiragi, as a super deformed pig. Yes, a pig. My favorite Lucky Star girl Kagamine as a pig. It makes me sad.
This was a doujinshi but apparently it has also been published by Kodakawa.
I could not find an official web site for this but here is the Japanese wiki page:

Your first guess is correct. Eretto is his pen name. The name of Eretto's circle is Utsura Uraraka (Drowsy on a Beautiful Day).
