I want to say that adding this many means they almost have to get two or more shows I really want, because seriously we're getting low, but honestly who knows, they've been scraping at the bottom of the barrel to dig out every short anime they can find. I'm sure there are more kids shows or short shows or other nonsense most people don't care about that they can dash my hopes with.

Blah, whatever, maybe they saved the best for last. I really, really want to believe that. But I don't see much reason to so far.

Some of you can breathe easy and hopefully sleep a little bit better tonight…because YES, Crunchyroll will be streaming the Chihayafuru 2 anime! The new season will begin January 11th at 12:00 pm Pacific Time for premium members. Free members will be able to view one week after initial broadcast on Crunchyroll.

Chihayafuru 2 will be available to Crunchyroll’s audience in the following territories: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

I was waiting for this announcement, and here it is. I am definitely watching this show. If NISA can license this show and add some supplementary karuta material that I would be really thrilled.

Now for the remaining TBDs, I am pretty sure one of them will be for Vividred Operation with the announcement that Aniplex has licensed this show shortly thereafter, and I am hoping Tamako Market is one of them and not a TAN-exclusive series.
