What is HOKAGE'S LEGACY? Are they referring to Episode 168 when Minato shows up...? I don't know if advertising the set includes a regular episode in it, makes a good deal of sense... Also the last four episodes of the set are from the next filler arc.

It's referring to eps 170-171, entitled: Big Adventure! The Quest for the Fourth Hokage's Legacy (Parts 1 and 2)

Ugh, that's not a selling point, it's a reason NOT to buy it. Wish I could get the Pain Arc without 6 episodes of Part 1 filler crap I own all of Shippuden up to this point but honestly if 167 was on the last set I'd just skip this completely.
