GCFSA, if you have any future question about Rightstuf, I would suggest you to use this thread: 1 and Only Rightstuf.Com Thread/FAQ (Oct. 10, 2011)

It says at the bottom of the page

Due to licensing and contract restrictions, this product can be sold and shipped to the US and Canada only. This product cannot be shipped to Japan. All sales are final. It may be returned for an exchange if defective, but unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.
This is most likely the reason it won't accept your order.

I have thought that that may be the problem, however, rightstuf insists that they can ship it to Australia quote 'we have no problems shipping your order to Australia...'

I'm currently waiting for their reply, hope they can at least tell me if they really can't ship it to me

Does anyone know if TRSI does case replacements for damaged cases?

I think my discs are all fine, so I wouldn't exactly want to get a full product replacement, but the post office utterly wrecked some of the disc holder trays for one of my sets.

Something similar happened to me couple of years ago and yeah they did a replacement for me. (It was a single keepcase for me)

Yes! Needless Part 2 (Blu-ray) case came in broken with disc 1 slightly scratched. They replaced both the case and disc 1 for me.

Right Stuf Implements Canadian Shipping Changes Starting 1/21/2013
Posted on: Monday, January 14, 2013

In order to better serve our customers to the north, we are implementing changes to our current Canadian shipping policy that will go into effect with all new orders starting at noon on January 21, 2013. Starting on this date, we will pre-collect all taxes, duties, customs, and processing fees prior to shipment as part of your order total. Your invoice will show these as "Canada Surcharge." This saves all our Canadian friends the hassle of having funds on hand to pay these at delivery, as well as the inconvenient $9.95 fee that Canada Post was charging to collect them. We will be partnering with FedEx for deliveries, which we hope will also considerably shorten delivery times. No customs, duties, taxes, or other fees will be due upon delivery - everything will be prepaid as part of this surcharge - and tracking will be sent to you by FedEx via email when the product leaves our warehouse. The current posted shipping rates and free shipping minimums will remain unchanged.

Any orders currently in the system or placed before noon on January 21 will still ship using our previous Canadian shipping practices, regardless of item release dates. To change an existing order to have these fees pre-collected, customers will need to either contact customer care to modify their order, or cancel the existing order and reorder items after January 21. Please note that modifying or completely cancelling an order may affect your position in line for items with limited quantities.

If you have any questions, concerns, or would like assistance with an order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care team.

Well, I think this is a good thing. Since, if I understand correctly we will save 9,95$ for each order. Also, FedEx is better than Canada Post. Another good point is that they would be able to drop my package at the office in my building. Well, even if I now buy only manga in the US and yeah rarely, this is good news.

Default Product Update: Wall Scrolls & Posters

Product Update: Wall Scrolls & Posters
Posted on: Friday, March 1, 2013

If you regularly shop for merchandise on RightStuf.com, you may have noticed some changes during the last day or so. For the time being, we will no longer be offering wall scrolls and posters -- specifically those items that must be shipped in long tubes* -- via the site. It was hard to come to this decision. Because of the way shipping fees are calculated for these items -- and because of their unusual dimensions -- we were left with one of three choices:
1.) Charge fans who ordered these items a significant surcharge to offset the shipping fee. (Not acceptable.);
2.) Continue to sell these items at a loss because the shipping charges outstrip our profit. (Also, not acceptable.); or
3.) Stop selling these items while we and the manufacturers work together to (hopefully) solve this issue in a way that makes sense for you, the manufacturer and us.
Wall scroll and poster items are being removed from the site. If a wall scroll or poster has already been allocated to a pending order, these changes will not affect it (or its shipping rate).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have additional questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer care team.

* Please note: We will continue to offer lithograph prints that are packaged to be shipped flat.
